KB0131: “PIN Number Assigned to Another Employee” Message – RTC-1000 Universal Time Clock
Solution:
All Pin\Badges ID numbers assigned in the Roster Report must be unique. You probably have another employee that is using the number that you are trying to assign. This employee may be inactive and hidden on the Roster Report. To make all employees visible in the Roster Report:
- Go back to the main Roster Report screen.
- Click the Show All link in the upper left of the report. This will display all inactive employees.
- These inactive employees will appear at the bottom of the Roster Report list.
- Verify the Pin\Badges ID numbers all ready in use and assign a unique number to your new employee.
