Solution:

This may be related to a system file conflict with other software packages on your computer.

  1. Go to Control Panel\Add Remove Programs. If Icon Time Systems PC-reporter is installed, remove this program and try to run TimeVue again.
  2. If TimeSource V7 is installed and you are no longer using this program, uninstall TimeSource and the TimeSource Modules.
  3. Close TimeVue, click on the Windows Start button and go to programs\Icon Time Systems and select the Update TimeVue icon. If an update is available, install the update. Reboot the computer and try running TimeVue again.
