Solution:

Employee’s set to Swipe and Go are restricted to entering only their ID number or swiping their card at the clock. No other entries are allowed. If you need to track departments for an employee(s), you must disable the Swipe and Go option for that employee in the Employee screen of the software.

After removing the Swipe and Go option, go to the Clock List (Time Clock Screen), select the option to “Reset All Clocks”, and then “Poll all Clocks”. From this point forward, the employee will have the option to enter either IN or OUT at the clock and select a department at the clock when signing IN.
