KB0115: TimeVue / TimeSource – Issues Printing Reports
After installing TimeVue on Windows Vista, you may not have access to printer icons or options when creating a report. If this occurs, follow the procedure below:
Solution:
- Go to the downloads link and follow the instructions to update the TimeVue software: TimeVue Update Link
- Right mouse-click on your TimeVue short-cut and select Properties.
- Select the Compatibility tab.
- Select the “Show settings for all users” button at the bottom of the compatibility tab.
- In the Privilege Level section, select the option to “Run the program as an administrator”.
- Click Apply and OK
- Restart Windows
