An update to QuickBooks may break the Icon Time Systems QuickBooks Plug-in connection to QuickBooks. Follow the steps below to repair the connection.
1. In QuickBooks, go to Edit\Preferences\Integrated Applications\Company Preferences.
2. If the Icon Time Systems QuickBooks Plug-in is in the list, remove it.
3. Close QuickBooks down completely.
4. Uninstall the Icon Time Systems’ QuickBooks Plug-in
5. Download and re-install the QuickBooks Plug-in from this link: QB_Plug-in_Import.exe
6. Re-enable the QuickBooks Plug-in. Go to the following link for instructions: Enable QB Plug-in.
