The Custom Employee ID PIN Upgrade allows you to:

• Assign custom PINs (3-9 digits) to employee payroll IDs
• Add up to 3 custom messages at the clock – notify employees of holidays, vacation or company meetings

Please Note: If you have already purchased the TotalPass P400 time clock and are adding this Custom Employee ID PIN upgrade in a separate order, we will need to connect it to your clock’s serial number. You can either add your clock’s serial number in the “notes” section of the checkout order form or contact Sales at 1-800-847-2232 #3 (Monday-Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM PT).

Wireless Adapter

• Add Wi-Fi capability to TotalPass time clocks purchased prior to December 5th, 2016.
• Wi-Fi Accessory is customer installable.

Note: TotalPass time clocks purchased after December 5, 2016 come standard with Wi-Fi capability built-in.
