Terms & Conditions:
- Available within the first 30 days of TotalPass P400 product ownership
- Plans purchased 30 days after original product purchase requires a 60-day waiting period to use hardware replacement or repair
- Annual term begins on the date of purchase and does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty
- P400 Care Packs are limited to one TotalPass P400 product
- International customers are responsible for all shipping fees (freight and customs) for product replacement or repair
Please Note: If you have already purchased the TotalPass P400 time clock and are adding this Care Pack in a separate order, we will need to connect it to your clock’s serial number. You can either add your clock’s serial number in the “notes” section of the checkout order form or contact Sales at 1-800-847-2232 #3 (Monday-Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM PT).
