Solution:

On Windows

1. In the Windows search fields, type cmd, to open command prompt.
2. Press Enter.
3. Type ipconfig/all press Enter.
• 
4.  Find your network settings.
• If connecting your clock via Ethernet, look for Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection settings.
• If connecting your clock wirelessly, look for the Wireless LAN adapter Wireless Network Connection settings.
5. Your PC’s IP address and your network Subnet Mask and Gateway will be listed.

 

On a Mac

1. Go to System Preferences
2. Select Network.
3. Select your connection
• If using Ethernet, your settings should be listed.
• If using wifi:
• Go to Advanced, if using wifi.
• Select the TCP/IP tab
