The Benefit Tracking Pack upgrades the TotalPass P400 and SB-100 PRO with increased functionality.

• Customize Rules & Settings for:
  • Revision Zones (sign IN/OUT windows for employees who work regular shifts).
  • Custom OT1 & OT2 Multipliers (allows you to pay half time, double time or other custom time on defined overtime).
  • Consecutive Day Setting (track a 2nd level of overtime on daily, weekly on a consecutive day basis).
  • Benefit Accruals (automate maximum accrual amounts, yearly carryover and borrowing of benefits).
  • Overtime

  Generate Accrual Summary Reports

  Filter ‘Create Report’ by Non-work Hours (Vacation, Sick, Personal)

Please Note: If you have already purchased a time clock and are adding the Benefit Tracking Pack in a separate order, we will need to connect it to your clock’s serial number. You can either add your clock’s serial number in the “notes” section of the checkout order form or contact Sales at 1-800-847-2232 #3 (Monday-Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM PT).
